We are hiring a Business Development Executive for our office located in Kozhikode, Kerala.As a Business Development Executive, you will initiate and nurture steady, mutually beneficial relationships with our clients. You should maintain contact with clients, work to understand their needs, and then advise them on how our offerings could best support their objectives. Thus, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, and building and sustaining client relationships will be the key essentials.

Responsibilities

  • Cold calling, connecting new customers and initiate initial discussion
  • Conducting in-depth needs assessments to better understand each client’s requirements.
  • Identify a range of our offerings that meet the goals and values of each client.
  • Settling clients’ concerns through (telephone, emails, letters or any other) in a swift and professional manner
  • Harnessing internal relationships to better address clients’ needs and to maximize our profits.
  • Ensuring regular contact with existing clients to maintain our company’s presence.
  • Informing the clients about the latest feature additions in the product and convincing them for its usage.
  • Floating regular promotional emails for better brand visibility.
  • Contributing and tracking the regular flow of deliveries till their closures are on and every time.
